More personable with Video!
Allows callers to see who is speaking
Mute features so there is not the disturbance of background noise.

Cons

Not all webcams are the same quality
When using from a Smartphone, it isn’t as user friendly
Filters would be great (when working from home and need to ‘look’ presentable. (Ha!)
