Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom helps my teammates and I conduct business calls and meetings even though we all live in different parts of the country. It allows us to connect and help train one another. We also have Zoom meetings and calls for people to tune into and learn more about our products and services.
- Multi user capability
- Fairly easy to use and send meeting links
- Can tune in via video or just audio
- Sometimes connection is bad /spotty
- The link is confusing for people who don’t have the zoom app or who have never used it before- instead of such a long message should just be a very simple link to follow
- Should connect to Facebook live and or instagram TV so we could have on all platforms
- Free/affordable
- Improved collaboration
- Connect well and more intentionally with team
