It was usually used as a solution for video meetings and conference calls with customers, since it is easy to use.

Easy to use -- just send a link to the participants in the call and they can easily join.
Good sound and video quality.
Sharing screen to participants.
Participants can join via a computer or a local phone number.

A little pricey.
The user interface is not that intuitive.
You can't join a call if the host has not logged in.

Skype for Business (formerly Lync)

The biggest advantage of Zoom on Skype for Business is that it is very simple to join a meeting using any web browser.
