Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is used in my organization as a tool to connect with both employees, as well as perspective customers. With COVID-19 making fac-to-face meetings nearly impossible over the pas year, we've really relied on video conferencing to stay connected. Zoom makes meeting a possibility, and has kept us running without a blip.

In my opinion, Zoom blows Skype out of the water. Skype was a great tool, but always seemed like an unprofessional form of communication given that I had been using it since my adolescence. While Zoom can be used by the younger generation as well, it seems to be a much better option for business-related topics and meetings.
