Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
It is used mostly to hold synchronous classes or virtual meetings. Having two campuses we constantly need to communicate with each other via virtual meetings.
- Video and audio transmission is fairly smooth and relatively free from interruptions.
- Zoom makes it easy to invite other users.
- Users can join via computer, a mobile device or by phone. It is very flexible.
- The ability to share the screen is tremendously helpful for presentations.
- Make it easier to install plug-ins.
- Reduce the number of ways to start a meeting. Having multiple options can be confusing.
- Provide better user guide for first-time users.
- Saves travel time as staff from two locations can easily meet now online.
- Increased our number of hybrid courses, as some courses use Zoom meetings.
- Increased our online course offerings as many courses use Zoom for office hours and Q&A sessions.
I have not used it yet.
Zoom is smoother and it is so much easier to invite attendees. It is a bit more confusing to use other tools. Zoom is also having better audio and video quality.
