Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is our app for all video conferencing calls across the organisation. We also recommend our clients to use Zoom if they are flexible enough to use it across the country. There is no need to dial any specifics, they can just click the link and they're in!
- Amazing connectivity never dropped out of any calls so far
- Very robust and flawless tool
- Great video conferencing tool and highly appreciated by all our organisation and recommended to lot of our clients
- The screen should be able to display the check-in details which is missing as of now and shows only on controller or scheduler
- The Zoom Rooms could have more MDM option to operate and use a single way to update all the zoom rooms devices to same version of Zoom
- More improvement on alerts and Zoom Room status displayed and able to control through the Zoom Room status dashboard to rectify the issues or set the status as solved
- The client calls are way more easier to be done with Zoom. The no registration allows anyone to join the call i.e. client calls if they do not want to register but still connect to the call.
- The always Zoom on options allows pairing with our clients and the screen sharing and controlling are very good.
- It would be a little better if the remote control and pairing machines improved so that our organisation can use it for paired programming.
All our meeting rooms are equipped with Zoom Rooms and the devices we use are Apple devices. The experience with Zoom Room videos and camera connectivity has been good too. The always on [feature] is very helpful for our client calls and pairing across other office team members.
We used Fuze which was very broken and we evaluated Zoom. Customer support service and the tool itself were aligned with our roadmap. And they take our feedback seriously and appreciate the feature requests we have.
