Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is currently being used as our company-wide conferencing application. It is being used as a conference call application and for video conferencing. Our Zoom Rooms are being utilized for the ease of all of the above along with the sharing application. We have collaborative meetings company-wide and the ease of Zoom is greatly appreciated.
- Screen sharing without a meeting setup is great.
- Mobile application is easy to use.
- Audio conferencing sounds clear.
- The difference between the Zoom pro and basic is too big of a gap.
- Not being able to have an alternate host added unless they are a pro user.
- A bit of a hiccup to switch from WebEx to Zoom.
- Eventually, we will have cost savings by the end of the year.
Zoom is much easier to use with outside vendors when they need to come in for meetings.
