Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is used across our national company for conferencing, meeting, and national, company-wide addresses. It has provided a cleaner and far more intuitive experience for all our teams and team members. Management is considerably easier and provides insight into use and performance that allows me as an administrator to better support my team members.

We use Zoom Rooms paired with Polycom phones. They paired seamlessly and support is incredibly easy via the admin portal. Use is very intuitive for all levels of team members. Upgrading is very effortless. Aesthetically, Zoom Rooms are impressive and give us a more professional appearance to guests. Overall we are very impressed.
Zoom was the most cost-effective solution for our company, even considering the cost it took to rollout Zoom Rooms. Ease of use is out of this world when compared to WebEx - much easier to use and far more intuitive even for those who typically struggle wth new technology.
