Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used by our organization for team meetings and for webinars. It solves the business problem of enhanced communications across geographies in sharing information and in creating and managing teams. It also helps us reduce our cost and use of external vendors when creating webinars.
Pros
- Ease of use in setting up calls.
- The ability to call in or be on screen.
- The ability to record and share for those not present on the call.
- Benefits of video and face to face communication and body language vs. email.
Cons
- It's easy to find tips and tricks for best practices.
- Cost savings for webinars vs. in-person meetings.
- Improved collaboration across teams.
I have not used Zoom Rooms.
