Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom with multiple customers, FAA, and within GDIT. Zoom Rooms and webinars are the primary use. We are in ground breaking implementation with our customers.
- The DTEN is an outstanding use case of Zoom video in small to medium environments.
- It just works! Easy to set up and use with nice and easy mobility.
- Makes remote working easy, increases productivity and collaboration between teams.
- Need all the features to work in a Fed Ramp certified environment.
- Improve on the delivery time of the DTEN 75.
- Zoom has absolutely increased our UC tool kit. I love the product.
- Extended out team's remote capabilities.
Rooms that are fully established as Zoom Rooms are great with constant positive end-user feedback. We do have challenges integrating with legacy VTC systems. These challenges are on the VTC side, not Zoom issues. Challenges with Fed Ramp integration in Zoom Rooms can be challenging with some features not available yet. Overall, Zoom Rooms just work.
Zoom is definitely better priced, easier to use and set up.
