Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom is being used across the whole organization. It is our sole way we conduct meetings -- onsite and offsite.

Simplicity- Users of all tech levels quickly and easily use Zoom.
Mobility - Ease of use on mobile devices.
Portability - Mobile Zoom Rooms on cards. I'm able to quickly spin up a meeting on short notice.

Provided ease of use for our end-users to collaborate and communicate with one another.
Easy for our IT Department to implement, onboard, and manage.

Really easy and quick to set up - both for end-users and our IT Department.

We've used Lync, aka Skype for Business, and found that Zoom was much simpler to use, as well as manage.

Zoom is well suited basically anywhere, however, it's probably best to not use Zoom while driving.
