Pros

- Easy to use - "it just works".
- Zoom provides a great partnership, ensuring your solution works well.
Cons
- A simple optional walk-through when you begin a meeting where new features can be introduced. This would ensure users understand all of the new features.
- Additional chat management features to ensure large or small sessions have an interactive chat experience without distracting the meeting facilitator.
- Improved customer feedback on virtual meetings.
- Increase our positive feedback on video and audio quality.
When utilizing all of the applications for voice, video, and screen-sharing, I have seen that Zoom is user-friendly for experienced and new users. In addition, we have seen that the quality of video and audio do not decrease when you are utilizing other features, such as screen-sharing.
