Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is currently being used at our headquarter office in Alameda, CA. We are looking at installing Zoom Rooms in our offices across the world.
Pros
- Ease of use. Walk in and touch.
- Customer service is outstanding.
- Sales group doesn't try and up-sell you.
Cons
- Equipment is expensive if deploying to many rooms.
- Improved collaboration with video.
- Ease of sharing content
We have just started implementing Zoom Rooms so I really can't comment on that.
When were using BJN, we were using outdated Cisco equipment that was quite expensive. Zoom is much cheaper and better in my opinion.
