It is extensively used within our department for team meetings or meetings with our clients. It is a simple and robust solution for web meetings.
- Slack Integration helps us a lot, as we can schedule and track the meetings.
- Recording a session helps to document the meetings.
- Webinars to conduct a training session.
- It requires a set-up to install on a PC. It would be nice if it can be used all together in a browser.
- The user interface could use some improvements.

Zoom is an overall simpler and cost-efficient platform. It has managed to make a mark among its competitors. I was recommended by a friend to use the Zoom platform and since then, it has been a part of our meetings.
