Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Right now we're using it across the entire organization, for meeting remotely, and even for sharing on all of our Zoom Rooms. We no longer use HDMI cables within our rooms, we simply use screen share.
- Meetings are easy to create and run on a daily basis, extremely user friendly.

- One of the issues we still face today is sharing video to a broader audience, for example webinars. We always have a problem when sharing it.
- It's definitely improved team collaboration amongst all different departments.
It helps people find rooms quickly, to see whether or not they're available. It helps people be more productive and waste no time trying to find a room.
We used both for a while simply because there are big banks who still use only Webex but other than that reason Zoom was an easy choice because of how user-friendly their product is.
