Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is a great product for video meetings and webinars of all sizes. Connections tend to be strong and clear, unless one user is having complications on either end.
One thing I find lackluster is the integration with Google Calendar. It doesn't seem to update regularly or correctly as meetings are canceled or updated, which can cause a lot of confusion. It's best to not trust what's displayed in the Zoom app, and refer directly to your calendar.

Zoom is a lighter, more focused utility. Teams wants to cram everything into one app, and you end up fenced in a jumbled, cluttered workspace. Zoom could benefit from better integrations, though. My experience with Webex is limited, but the interface, especially with email integration left a lot to be desired, and the interface was extremely dated.
