Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom is used for all virtual meetings within organizations and outside organizations. Its ability to have a video call, moderator-controlled chat, poll, annotate, screen share, etc. makes it a market leader.

Very good for virtual meetings where the intent is to collaborate and discuss something. Further can breakout sessions into multiple small sessions for a dedicated discussion.
