Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

My role as a technical engineer involves connecting with customers to understand their issues. Most of the time, I have experienced bandwidth problems when I use other applications, but Zoom hasn't lagged when I connect to customers.

  • Video Conference.
  • Audio connectivity on low bandwidth.
  • Mobile app access.
  • Restricted in specific regions.
  • More security features.
  • No lags.
  • Simple and easy to use.
  • Audio and Video clarity.
I have been using it for the past two years and I have yet to reach support. This shows how stable the application is.

It doesn't consume a lot of bandwidth and is easy to use. Any machine can be used, and it's easy to access via remote sharing.
I wasn't involved in purchasing of this product.
Communication over a mobile network has a poor sense of clarity. Zoom provided better voice clarity, which made it easier to understand requirements without misunderstanding
