Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoom is used in my previous organization for client meetings and also internal communication with co-working colleagues. We need to pass the information and need to find the role of any unknown employee we could use the Zoom Application. Sudden meetings have been scheduled via zoom and it will show the employee Availability status also.

Pros and Cons

Used FOR Client meeting.
Better Voice Quality.
Inviting the multiple peoples in a single call.

Not able to remove that zoom navigation bar.
Need to improve a video quality.
Need to add sub background image functionality well.

Return on Investment

Cost is little but high for small companies.
Need to improve hd video quality.
Overall network stability is good.

Support Rating

Overall it is ok to run a company very well than it is running over a normal network connection. Does not need any very very High-speed network Correction. Nice Audio and video quality then rooms for the invite so well. Participant admin can able to control the other voice and video in some situations.

It should be able to run over a normal network bandwidth Connection. Especially School students are also using Zoom chat for Educational Purposes.
