Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We needed a phone system we could use to call staff member directly in any one of our offices without having to call the main phone line. Now instead of overwhelming our admin staff with requests to be transferred to a co-worker in that office, we can now call that co-worker directly. There's also less wasted time waiting on hold as the call is transferred.
Pros

- switching call display from main phone number to individual number
- Allowing the use of keyboard to enter number
Cons
- call quality
- not needing to rely on internet connection
- releasing headphone/mic access right away after disconnecting call. Sometimes it'll hold onto access and you can't use your headset until it's freed up.
- better communication between staff in different offices
- free up admin staff who no longer need to take calls and transfer those calls originating from staff in other offices to staff in their office
- not liking having to wear a headset all the time - just in case a call comes to me
