Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In our workplace we use Zoom, for our main phone system.
We also use it for in office video meetings, training, and screen sharing to fix IT issues.
Using screen share eliminates having to reach out to IT company which might take more than a couple of hours to hear back from.

I think Zoom is well suited for any work place.
At our workplace, we use Zoom a lot of our interviews as in person interviews are not the easiest for people to attend. With the texting option too it makes it easier to communicate with people who are needing to setup a job interview vs sending an email.
