Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We started using Zoom Workplace for meetings during Covid. We then moved to Zoom phones which we love. The phones save us on money and infrastructure. The Zoom Workplace meetings allow us to have video calls with people that do not have Microsoft Teams. This is also help when conducting remote interviews and most interviewees dont have Teams.
Pros
- The admin console and managing accounts is very easy to use
- The end user GUI is user friendly
- The cost is very competitive
Cons
- Integration between Zoom Workplace and other applications
- I have heard of security concerns with Zoom Workplace. Haven't seen any first hand though
- We had a physical phone for everyone in our company. Saved money when we switch because each line was cheaper and we only gave to employees that requested one

- Easy management 100%
Honestly I can't comment much on this as I have not used the AI companion. If I have used it, I did not know I was using it. It does sound like it would be helpful though.
We use both Zoom Workplace and Teams. Teams works better for internal communications and integrates well with all of our other Microsoft products. Zoom Workplace we use for big company meetings, external communication and calls.
