Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We moved to a whole zoom solution, from our telephones to video conferencing. It has been a learning curve but very happy we did it.

  • Links to my calendar for meetings
  • Makes the need to have a physical phone a thing of the past

Cons

  • Support could be improved.
  • Positive impact that it let us move from an outdated phone system
