Zoom Workplace has been great

We use Zoom Workplace as the main phone communication between each other and also for our incoming calls and outgoing calls to our customers. We also use Zoom Workplace for internal zoom meetings that we hold with each other (weekly meetings, monthly meetings, etc) as well as we use it to call one another for video calls as well. We had the issue of having a zoom account just for video calls but also a very expensive phone system. We were able to consolidate two issues into one and save money while doing it.

we have recently introduced this and it has helped us to be able to keep track of our conversations to follow back on.
