Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace to allow patients to attend drug and alcohol groups who are not able to attend in-person; we also facilitate individual counseling sessions via Zoom Workplace when needed.

Pros

  • Allows patients to remain engaged in drug and alcohol treatment when they are ill or unable to attend in person
  • Offers face to face sessions even when the patient is not in front of you
  • Is easy to use for staff and patients

Cons

  • There are times patients get kicked off for no reason
  • It will say the host is not available for meeting when the host is the person signing in
  • We are able to continue to see patients
  • Zoom Workplace is affordable

When a patient is ill or unable to attend in person, Zoom Workplace allows them to continue treatment. This was essential during the COVID-19 pandemic and helped patients maintain their sobriety despite being stuck at home.
