Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

[...] uses Zoom Workplace for external Webinars and phone contact. We provide webinars to anywhere from 100-500 participants sometimes as often as three times a month and the Zoom Workplace Webinar product has been an amazing product for us! From easy set up and use to recordings that we can provide to our viewers and follow up with contact lists created. It is a great tool!

I don't think that the AI system has been largely used by the team. That is not to say that it is bad but that we simply don't have a need for it outside of Sales Call recordings.
Way better! In my opinion, Zoom Workplace has more functionality and user management ease than Grasshopper. With their easy to understand and navigate user interface they are the clear winner in this but they do cost more.

Obviously they would be good for getting a cheap and functional phone system in place. With all of the options for customization that they have available in their system it's a great go-to.

Additional things that I think are new to Zoom Workplace but we are having great success with would be their Sales Service platform that came out. It's a good alternative to the larger ones out there and has all of the same functionality!
