Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We utilize Zoom Workplace Phone and Zoom Workplace meetings. Primarily to communicate internally via video chat, or with external customers, partners and vendors. With Zoom Workplace phone, we use this to serve as our corporate phone lines as well as technical support lines for phone calls with vendors and primarily internal user issues.

  • Technical Support in the lower tiers could be improved
  • Some of the new UI changes were more of an adjustment
  • Ease in managing some of the enterprise settings for individual users and groups
  • Improved collaboration
  • Little administrative overhead
  • A reliable video conferencing solution
  • Improved Conference room technology
Zoom Workplace tends to just work. Whereas we've had issues with Google Meet with video call quality and performance. With Microsoft Teams, it has been slow to launch, and we've seen a number of IT help tickets for Teams in comparison to Zoom Workplace. Teams appears to be less user-friendly and more often has technical issues of different sorts. Zoom Workplace has been solid.

Using Zoom Workplace for Zoom rooms and meetings has been great. It seems to have a great video feed, even on slightly more limited internet connections compared to Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
There are also many interactive features, whether in the chat, using emojis, or recognizing hand gestures. Many of our users appreciate those small touches in a platform that has worked really well for us.
