Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
we use Zoom for HIPAA compliant meetings with clients and internal staff meetings. It has better functionality that Teams which we also use.
Pros
- video quality
- AI and captions and meeting notes
- easy to use/navigate
Cons
- too expensive
- wish some of the menus were easier to find
- remove the fluff like filters and bitmojis
- better connectivity with staff and partners
- less in person meetings (both good and bad)
easier for compiling meeting notes/minutes
Like the functionality of Zoom better, but can't beat the integreation and easy of using MS Teams when we already have the MS office365 environment/licenses etc.
