Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
I use Zoom Workplace to conduct meetings with team members and clients, conduct online training sessions, and demo our product for potential clients. My company is completely virtual and we support and collaborate with people all over the world, so it is important to be able to meet with people via an online tool using video and audio, screenshare, and text chat.
Pros
- Screensharing is easy and works quite well
- Video is good quality
- Audio is good quality
- Recording options work well
Cons
- It would be nice if the chat for a session were available to everyone joining, even if they join after a message was sent. That way you don't have to repost things for people who join late.
- Sometimes the virtual background doesn't mask well around the edges of my hair.
- It would be nice to be able to select and export several recordings at once. In the Recordings tab, you can select several items, but it only downloads a spreadsheet of recording info, not the actual files.
- When you download a recording, it would be nice to have the filename include the title of the meeting, and not just the timestamp.
