Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom for our phone system. It sends us emails when we get voicemails from clients, which helps us read what the client is saying without having to listen out loud.

Pros

  • Emailing us voicemails.
  • Tracking call history.
  • Interpreting voicemails to words.

Cons

  • Sometimes, the times/dates are off on our Zoom, so it can make the call history hard to go back to.
  • Easier to communicate with clients.
  • Easier to find phone numbers that clients have called on.
  • Power outages have caused some issues with being able to contact clients.

Yes

We only use Zoom for clients to call in. It is nice that it translates voicemail to emails in text form so we can read it. It makes it much quicker to go through them, especially since we cannot answer more than one phone call and do not have it, so our phones are always off. The hardest thing with Zoom is that if we have a power outage, the phones don't work since they rely on Wi-Fi and power.
