Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Zoom has brought together our teams in a greater collaborative way than previous tools. The ease of interacting in in one platform for phone, chat, video, groups, etc., plus the added benefit of file sharing and AI capabilities, make this an easy decision. We have been on the platform for many years after switching from other VOIP providers at the time. Continuous product improvements and updates.

Pros

  • Meetings - inhouse and external.
  • Group chats.
  • Love the screen grab feature for sharing a snippet in chat.

Cons

  • Zoom captures data from all the various modules. Sometimes, finding what you are looking for can be difficult.
  • Cost savings.
  • More efficiency.
  • User friendly.
I am still evaluating. However, the product seems robust, particularly for meeting summaries.

We have a fully remote workforce operating in a wide range of locations. The simplicity of the plans removes complications around budgets and costs. We find the tool much more useful than MS Teams.
