Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
As a dissertation editor and coach, I use the Zoom Workplace for meetings with clients to review feedback on documents, and to answer questions and to brainstorm solutions when needed via the apps.

- I can schedule meetings with confidence and know the tools I need are available and will work well.
- It makes the experience of booking with me more professional and allow me to charge higher fees.
Meeting notes and recaps/summaries are the ways that it has been the most helpful. I am much more efficient when I apply it .
I was already using Zoom Workplace at my college for research meeting so when I started my business it was what I knew and it has grown with me.
