Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We have a medium sized org and we used Zoom Workplace to conduct our daily meetings. Zoom workplace allows our end users to host large meetings with ease. We also host very large presentations, so Zoom Workplace allows us to host bigger meetings as well. It's easy to use and intuitive.

Pros

  • Allows end users who are not tech savvy to use it comfortably.
  • It is reliable and powerful
  • Includes lots of extra add ons like whiteboards and cloud storage.

Cons

  • Scheduling privileges would be great to add into the Zoom app vs people needing to go into zoom.us as often people use the app more then zoom.us
  • It has improved collaboration, and end user don't have to worry about fronting the cost.

We like using Zoom Workplace because it allows us to pair easily with Zoom Rooms, and Zoom rooms are great way to have our end users that are local, join those that are not local. It is easy, intuitive and reliable. Having not worry about time restraints is also a bonus with Zoom workplace.
