Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace for all internal staff/team meetings, outside/public-facing meetings and webinars, and to run online classes for students (from middle school through adults). Of all the online meeting platforms we've tried over the years, it is the easiest to use for us and our students, and has the most consistent call quality.
Pros
- Meetings are easy to schedule
- Webinars easy to host/use
- Easy to set up scheduler so people can schedule calls with our team
Cons
- Reporting only available by searching in one-month increments. Can be annoying to find things that way.
- Would be great if they could add some conditional branching logic for meeting/webinar registration custom questions.
- As an admin with access to org-wide settings, certain things are nested in dense menus and can be hard to find
- It's the easiest way for us to conduct meetings, classes, and webinars
- Meeting/webinar audio and video quality are consistently high
- We choose to pay for zoom licenses even though we have MS365 and could theoretically ditch Zoom for Teams. Zoom is just better and worth the cost to us.
Zoom Workplace is easier to use for our staff, more widely used by the people we deal with outside our org, and the call quality is better in terms of video and audio.
