Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace for all internal and external meetings. It is def the easiest software to use for meetings and its integration with NEAT bars is essential. I don't see us using anyone else especially as Google Meets is not friendly or easy to use at all. The ai intergration needs work but has huge potential for capturing notes.

We have started to use it to capture notes for meetings. It does an OK job at it but I def think it will get better and more used over time. COmmunication out to our company has not been pushed hard but I def hear about it being used more and more acrosss the board. Esp for high level meetings w/ consultants to capture all notes.
Zoom Workplace is way better than Google Meet. We have had WAY too many issues trying to use Google meets. It is hard to integrate. It is hard to sign into. It is quite difficult to use with NEAT bars. Even tghough you can switch between the two we recently have made all rooms Zoom Rooms b/c of the use of use.
