Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace for all of our phones. I am in charge of the hotel rooms revenue. I have set up auto receptionists for our main line, our 800 number, and our reservations line. The reservations line has had numerous issues with the auto receptionist for off business hours. Until this gets fixed we have turned off this feature.
Pros
- customer service is pretty good
- love the email feature when someone leaves a voicemail
- The auto receptionist is nice for all except the off business hours auto receptionist
Cons
- customer service takes a bit of time to be able to answer my questions
- seems like there could be an easier way to set up some basic features for a phone line
- Best feature in a positive way is the email transcript option, love it
- Negatively is getting the auto receptionist for holidays and off business hours to work properly
