Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We are using Zoom Workplace for multiple areas of our organization. Currently we are using Zoom Workplace as our go to communication between our workforce. We have a few factory locations throughout the US and all computer users in each location have access to Zoom. We use this for meetings and communications between each of the locations.

Zoom Workplace is able to compete head on with Microsoft Teams. Our organization has access to both Teams and Zoom and we strictly use Zoom for our meetings and chat. we also use the Zoom Phones so our entire organization is able to freely communicate with the use of Zoom systems.

We find it extremely useful for our meetings throughout the organization and also very useful for basic chat features. It is able to compete with Teams chats and meetings very easily and we utilize Zoom Workplace throughout the company despite our access to Teams. the Zoom Phone system is a huge bonus to our company and allows us to freely and easily communicate via phone, sharing voicemails and many of the other various Zoom Phone features.
