Zoom Workplace helps us go international
Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Our nonprofit has many meetings that include people off site. This allows me to meet with more people than would just be able to come in person. We also have an international training program - we meet those students through Zoom Workplace. Zoom is also used for clients that cannot come in for some reason. So Zoom is really helpful for keeping us in contact with new interested stakeholders and clients.
Pros
- Easy logging in - same login each time
- Others can use my login information to get a group meeting going if I'm not there.
- Zoom is used internationally so most of our international students know how to use it already.
Cons
- It is inconsistent at login when it has my email and usually I need to put in a password. Since I use it so much it would be convenient to have a simple login.
- I tried using a Zoom recording for some information I wanted to share with staff on Powerpoint. Clips from YouTube would not show on the recording *may be a YouTube issue?
- On my Zoom phone app it is more difficult to delete old emails and texts than in other places.
- Allows us to keep seeing clients when they can't drive in
- Provides a more worldwide access to individuals interested in being our students
- Keeps my business calls all in one place
This is fairly simple but the result is not that great.
