Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace for most of our meetings, seminars, and for interviews. Zoom Workplace has made it easy to create a meeting immediately. It also makes it easy to share screen and give presentations. From the IT side, I use zoom when I need to help troubleshoot an issue on a user's device. We simply attend a zoom room and they can share their screen and give me control of their device to easily proceed with troubleshooting.

Cons
- Audio Misconfigurations: Have an easier way to reconfigure audio or mic incase users have issues
- Zoom Room: our mic and audio systems keep disconnecting from the zoom controller from time to time. A way to resolve this would be nice
- Zoom Share Screen: Sometimes, sharing screen becomes complicated especially when presenters want to view presenter notes. Sharing screen.
- Improved collaboration: Easily meet with 3rd party vendors or external parties
- Room booking: easily manage rooms that are booked with zoom rooms and reduce overhead of managing conference rooms
- Time Saved: Saved time on helping users setup their presentations. With zoom room, they can easily click one button to share screen and it will automatically display on TV + resolve mic and audio issues.
