Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
In my org, we mostly use Zoom Workplace for video conferencing. We have loved the Zoom AI feature and use it often for summarizing the goings on in each meeting. Zoom chat is sometimes used on the backend amongst the project teams to chat about research results in real-time while interviewing research participants.

We mostly use Zoom AI for summarizing calls. It helps us track action items after the meeting has ended and it also helps us stay focused on the main points of the meeting. It's helpful to look back on to refresh memories or to catch up on a meeting you missed while out of office.
we selected Zoom Workplace for the video chat feature more than anything else. It is the industry leader in the field and we always want to use the best tools for the job. Even though we are Microsoft-based, utilizing O365 for documents and presentations, we rarely use Teams.
