We use Zoom Workplace to communicate with our remote employees and also with our customers. We primarily use Zoom to meet with our customers. As a software company that provides support to our clients, we use Zoom as our primary contact venue.

- As an admin an easier way to search which user has a Zoom license
- Zoom has been a great impact to our business, we are in the process of adding Zoom Workplace Business Plus to add phone option, which will help our company consolidate our systems into one
We are going into Zoom Phone it is economically a better option, and it allows us to consolidate into one system.
