Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
I use Zoom Workplace very often in order to conduct meetings within my company as well as with outside companies & people who we will be working with on a number of projects. Zoom helps to connect us with people in different countries as well in order to expand our reach globally.
Pros
- Easy to set up a meeting
- Easy to navigate the panes for sharing
- Chat feature is very helpful in large meetings where you may not be able to speak up
Cons
- Lag sometimes when presenting
- Would like to see if the side pane to look at all participants could be expanded
- Improved the ability of more of our staff being able to connect with others
- Ease of use makes it easier for anyone to pick it up and work with it
It helps when we have large meetings with a big audience so that we can summarize what was discussed and be able to share it with a larger community of people. Very easy to read transcripts and get all the information that we need to convey. Also helps our organization to utilize this to create social media posts.

Zoom Workplace is much easier to use and more accessible for a larger group of people, I have found that more people have Zoom accounts or installed on their phone than any alternative which makes it very easy when in a pinch and need to set up a quick time to get together
