Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

we use Zoom Workplace for phones, meetings and webinars. by using Zoom Workplace, we only have to pay one vendor for all these types of services. Our staff can easily switch from desktop to mobile and back.

Pros

  • call quality

  • easily add clients to our meetings

Cons

  • switching from phone call to a video meeting. needs to be more seamless
  • we saved quite a bit of money combining phone and virtual meetings into one platform
we like the AI summarys
Versature was ok but didn't have a very good SIP option, it required 3rd party software
