Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for important meetings and webinars, where we don't want to deal with Teams inconsistent screensharing. We have extended licenses for people who need to host meetings with no issues, while the rest of the team have basic licenses to meet with clients and other team members on a shorter basis.

Pros

  • Connect People
  • Allow for ease of administration
  • Reliable connections

Cons

  • Some features are difficult to figure out
  • More transparency of what can be done based on institutional settings
  • Allowed us to communicate better during the pandemic
  • Created a new way to meet and convey company information through Town Halls
  • Given us an alternative to dodgy Teams sharing issues (in our experience)

Zoom Workplace is great for handling huge groups in webinar situations. Overall, the changes that have happened over the years with Zoom Workplace have not caused any huge issues with our recurring needs.
