Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We are an island wide non profit organization and we meet on a weekly basis and Zoom Workplace has been extremely helpful with that. Workplace has lots of cool apps such as the AI summarizer which helps with meeting minutes. Easily able to find fun backgrounds. Easy to see when the next meeting is coming up. In fact, we are switching our entire phone system to be online via Zoom Workplace. Exciting.

- Zoom Workplace Rooms are fun tools for meetings and ice breakers
Cons
- Wow this is rough because I love workplace
- Improved collaboration for sure
- Ability to work from home easier and answer calls
- Ability to work remotely and in the field and still connect w the team in one place
Very helpful tool! I am able to create meeting minutes much quicker and less note taking.
Much better place to connect than Google meets. Service, audio and video seem much more efficient
