Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

I am a small business/franchise owner with a work from home business. I use Zoom Workplace as my business phone line, SMS provider, and for hosting professional video calls.

Pros

  • Extremely robust feature set
  • Frequent updates
  • Cross-platform compatibility

Cons

  • EXTREMELY complicated admin menu
  • EXTREMELY convoluted process to set up phone line
  • EXTREMELY complex process to set up SMS campaigns
  • Difficult-to-use support documentation
  • Very poor customer service availability
  • Enabled me to have separate business line to separate business and personal
