Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for internal chat with our team, phones and documents. We love the phones for calling as well as texting our clients. Our employees love it because they do not have to give out their cell phone numbers.

We love the internal chat for our team. We have a lot of chats going on all day. I would love an easier way to save the chats to be addressed later with a reminder sound so I do not forget to address them.
