Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

I use it for meetings with more than 2 people. We use it for Board meetings, owners meetings, and whenever Teams isn't working.

Pros

  • Multiple people on one call
  • Showing everyone on one screen
  • Muting people
  • Video conferencing
  • Preset meeting links

Cons

  • Do updates at the end of a call or in the background, not when I'm running late
  • Allow password managers to work on the app
  • Be more responsive when there are errors
  • It's helpful for important meetings as Teams is less reliable
I used it once. It took decent notes.
It's better for group conversations, and it's more reliable. And everyone has it.

Conference call, esp. pre- or regularly-scheduled meetings.

It's not directly integrated like Teams, so it makes it less usable, since it's not directly in the Office app. It doesn't have a regular chat function like Teams to replace that.
