Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom for day to day meetings, adhoc meeting, conference room calls using connector, and Zoom Events for our larger town halls.

Pros

  • connectivity
  • Clear calls
  • large events
  • Simple recording edits

Cons

  • not many people know about room connector for vc equitment
  • pricing model - charge for every single feature
  • updates
  • 2nd method of comminication
  • Flexibility to create calls on go with quicker than teams
  • Took over out Bluejeans hosted meetings
We still use both side by side. We tend to use Zoom for external calls and teams for internal calls

Zoom Workspace has been a great platform that helped us get though the pandemic. it is extremely easy for our user to use and rely on to make calls with external partners.
