Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

I use Zoom in the workplace to work on projects for the organization that I work for. The projects vary, sometimes it can be from pretty technical to easy calls. Zoom is great for sharing my screen and being able to connect with my team mates at home. It's also very easy to use as I work with lawyers who can be pretty busy. Zoom is very intuitive to use where if I can easily get my message across to the lawyers i work with.

Pros

  • Easy to share the screen.
  • Interact with team members via the comments.
  • Easy to join.
  • Easy to set up.
  • Easy to coordinate any meeting. I am looking for one.

Cons

  • Be less restrictive to people outside of my organization.
  • Constantly telling me to update, making it difficult for me to use the tool.
  • More virtual background options.
  • Cost savings.
  • Increased employee engagement.
  • Employee accessibility.

It is excellent when conducting interviews at work. It's easy for other people to join. Sometimes, when we work with people from different organizations on a collaborative project, a few individuals have difficulty hearing us. In that sense, it would be great if Zoom were more intuitive for people located globally.
